Free shipping on all orders over $75 in most of the US. Any orders under $75 will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee (except California, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - see below). We sell to United States locations only.
Extended Area Shipping - Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
Any orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will be subject to additional shipping fees calculated during checkout once you have entered your shipping address. We estimate costs using UPS but unfortunately some larger items are not available for shipment outside the continental US. Any order from HI, AK, or PR may be declined (at no cost to you) by PressureWasherStuff.com if the shipping costs have not been accurately calculated.
California
California orders will now have an additional surcharge to cover sales taxes charged to us by our suppliers for shipping in your state.
Warranty Consideration Policy
Products returned for warranty consideration will be sent back to the manufacturer for final disposition. The manufacturer is the only one who can determine a defective product.
PLEASE NOTE: Most items have a short 90 day to 6 month warranty.
Return Policy
Pressure Washer stuff will accept return of any stock product within 15 days of purchase with no restocking fee if the item has not been used and is in original packaging. Items not in original package will be subject to a repackaging fee.
1. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be secured before any item may be returned.
2. RMA number must be displayed on the outside of box
3. Pressure Washer Stuff will accept any unused stock item returned within 15 days from purchase with no restocking fee.
4. Any merchandise returned after 15 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
5. Customer will be responsible for freight on all items returned for credit. (Except items shipped in error)
